Here are instructions and the map that shows where you can pickup your passes.
◉ GENERAL ATTENDEES:
1) VIP Pass:
Registration Hours: 9:30am – 7:30pm (Entry to Festival Pavilion: 10am)
Location: Gate B “VIP Check-in”
*For check-in after 6:00pm, please come to Info Booth (F4) inside Festival Pavilion to check in.
2) 1 or 2-day Pass:
Registration Hours: 10:30am – 7:30pm (Entry to Festival Pavilion: 11am)
Location: Gate B “General Check-in”
*For check-in after 6:00pm, please come to Info Booth (F4) inside Festival Pavilion to check in.
3) Kids:
Registration Hours: Same hours as their guardian
Location: Gate B (Where their guardian checks in)
*For check-in after 6:00pm, please come to Info Booth (F4) inside Festival Pavilion to check in.
*Kids under 12 MUST be checked-in with the guardian and accompanied with a ticket at all time.
4) Combo Pass (KPP + JPS)
Date & Time: 7.22 (Fri) Doors 6pm, Show 7pm
Location: The Regency Ballroom* (MAP)
*You will receive J-POP SUMMIT Pass (as part of your combo package) when you check-in for KPP concert at The Regency Ballroom. (For VIP Combo guest – you will receive J-POP SUMMIT pass and gift bag, too!)
*Attendees who receive J-POP passes at The Regency Ballroom on the 22nd DO NOT have to check-in at Fort Mason Center. Simply show us your pass, so you can walk through when the doors open.
☆ What to bring:
– Printed ticket (or E-ticket) with barcode
– Valid photo I.D.
*We recommend layers of clothes!
