2-day access to all festivity area at Fort Mason Center and the VIP Lounge at Firehouse. Also included are: Early Entry to the festival at 10am on both days, Festival Goodies, Premium Viewing Area access, Exclusive Photo Session, and a chance to win the opportunities to join the autograph sessions and to receive special letters from artists! Check out details at VIP Ticket page. Neither J-POP SUMMIT VIP nor General passes include Sake/Ramen Summit and any other food fees.

How can I attend the VIP photo sessions?

1) Please purchase J-POP SUMMIT VIP pass　☞ BUY NOW
2) Register online! Registration starts in mid-July. We'll let you know!
3) Register from the link in the VIP TICKET confirmation email.
4) Choose the artist and sessions date. (Please choose only one artist per day and a different artist each day.)
5) After registration is completed, you will receive another confirmation email with a barcode. Please bring it to the Firehouse VIP Lounge 20 minutes before the sessions.

*Limited to the first 150 people for one session. First come first serve.

How can I enter the raffle for a special letter?

1) Please buy the VIP ticket by June 30th　☞ BUY NOW
2) You will receive an email from us with a link to the entry form by July 5th.
3) Please choose the preferred artist and submit the form by Friday, July 14th.
4) 1 lucky winner (per artist) will be randomly chosen, and only the winner will get notified via email with more details by Friday, July 21st.

Remember…
● This is NOT A GUARANTEED BENEFIT. Only selected lucky winners will receive the benefit.

3) Please choose the preferred artist and submit the form by Friday, August 11!
4) 10 lucky winners (per artist) will be randomly chosen, and only the winners will get notified via email with more details by Monday, August 14.

I didn’t bring my VIP Photo Session ticket (barcode).

It's OK! But be sure to bring your valid ID so we can look up your name in the system.

Can I get the VIP photo session ticket the day before?

Please register for VIP Photo Session ticket prior to the event.

I missed my Saturday VIP Photo Session for the artist I want to meet, but have the VIP Photo Session ticket still. Can I join the Sunday session to meet them?

Unfortunately no. The Saturday Photo Session ticket is only valid for Saturday. VIP Photo Session tickets cannot be changed/switched/exchanged.
