Officially launched in April of 2011 at the Underground Market, Frozen Kuhsterd was founded by Jason Angeles and is now a team of three, including Alex Lam and Tim Luym. We source locally, seeking natural and organic ingredients for our frozen custard. The end result is a frozen dessert that is similar to ice cream, but more dense and creamier with a cleaner finish. With our new Frozen Kuhsterd Food Truck now out on the streets, we will be roaming the streets of the Bay Area!
Our Mission :
1. To create the highest quality frozen custard with a commitment to using the freshest, richest, and creamiest natural, organic (when available) and locally made ingredients into a unique frozen dessert.
2. To far exceed the expectations of our potential customer base with stellar customer service and product offerings at our several locations until we eventually open our permanent store front.
3. To actively educate our customers of the differences of our product versus traditional ice cream, gelato, and frozen yogurt.
