Vocaloid Dance Contest

SAT @PEACE PLAZA.

J-POP SUMMIT Festival 2012 is very excited to announce the second annual VOCALOID DANCE CONTEST! Last year with participation and support from Danceroid, the contest became one of the most memorable events of our festival. With this unstoppable momentum we hope to make VOCALOID DANCE CONTEST 2012 even more exciting!!

About the contest:
This contest is based on the internet phenomenon of dancers (and amateurs) dancing to a Vocaloid composition (digitally processed vocal technology), usually uploaded onto Youtube. Based on this method, contestants may film themselves dancing to a Vocaloid song, and all submissions are taken in as an uploaded online video format. The videos will be showcased on the J-POP SUMMIT FESTIVAL Facebook page. Here, all viewers can watch the videos, interact, and follow the submission updates. The chosen finalists will come to compete on the main stage at J-POP SUMMIT Festival 2012 (Saturday, 8/25). This year’s judges will decide who will take home the grand prize!
