Looking for Bands and DJs to come join our festival!
J-POP SUMMIT Festival 2012 is calling for submissions from musicians, bands, and DJs from U.S. and Japan!
Please submit your artist information, main website link, performance history information (your major performances you have had, when and where) and live performance Youtube (online video) links to us, so we can get to know you better.

The Deal:
- Musicians/Bands: At least one of your songs you perform must be in Japanese / or a Japanese cover song. (IF YOU DON’T HAVE ONE, PLEASE LEARN ONE – WE CAN HELP YOU FIND A GOOD SONG!)
- DJs – we appreciate a CyberPop (this year’s theme) inspired full-on J-POP mix or some kind of related mash

ABOUT:
This year, the festival is on Saturday, August 25th & Sunday, August 26th. The festival hours are between 11am – 6pm. The main stage performances take place outdoor under Japantown’s symbolic “peace” pagoda. The theme this year is “CyberPop Overload!”
J-POP SUMMIT Festival started in 2009 in Japantown, San Francisco, California, in association with the Japantown Merchant Association, and is estimated to double in attendance this festival year, 2012 ( up to 70,000 )! Presented and produced by NEW PEOPLE, the U.S. hub for the latest from Japanese Pop Culture, J-POP SUMMIT Festival is an unique experience and a great mixture of the cutting edge and new discoveries for all that participates.
